Orders & payment
Add the pieces you love to your bag, tap Checkout, enter your mobile number and address, and pay online or choose Cash on Delivery. You will get a confirmation on email and WhatsApp.
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes. A small COD handling charge of ₹49 applies and is shown at checkout.
You can change the address or cancel any time before the order ships. WhatsApp us at +91 90000 00000 with your order number.

Shipping & delivery
Orders ship within 1 working day(s) and usually arrive in 3–7 working days. Check the estimate for your pincode on any product page.
Yes — shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies.
Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number, or tap the tracking link in your shipping message.
Returns & refunds
Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Earrings are returnable only if damaged or incorrect, for hygiene reasons.
Go to Track Order, open your order and tap Return / exchange. Choose the items, add photos, and submit. We reply within 24–48 hours.
After the returned item passes our quality check, we process the refund within 2–3 working days. Banks usually credit it within 5–7 working days.
Products & care
Our anti-tarnish range is made for daily wear and resists water and sweat. Plated and oxidised pieces last longest when kept away from water and perfume — see our Jewellery Care Guide.
Yes. We use nickel-free, skin-friendly materials wherever possible. If you have sensitive skin, our stainless steel anti-tarnish pieces are a great choice.
We shoot our products in natural light and avoid filters. Small variations can happen with handmade pieces and screen settings.
