Delivery areas
We deliver to most pincodes across India through our courier partners. You can check delivery to your pincode on any product page before ordering. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Shipping charges
- Orders above ₹499: free shipping.
- Orders below that: a flat shipping charge of ₹49.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional COD handling charge of ₹49, shown at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1 working day(s). Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take a few extra days.
During sales, festivals and public holidays, dispatch can take slightly longer. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier disruptions are outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also follow it anytime on our Track Order page.
Delivery attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times and may call you before delivering. If the parcel cannot be delivered (wrong address, unreachable phone, or refusal), it returns to us. For prepaid orders, we refund the order value minus the shipping charges; COD orders that are refused may affect future COD eligibility.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Please do not accept a parcel that looks opened or tampered with. If you notice damage after opening, take photos and a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at support@pranshuglam.com.
