Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your name, phone number and delivery address.
Products and pricing
- We try to show products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, size and finish can occur because of screens, lighting and the handmade nature of some pieces.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and COD charges are shown at checkout.
- Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card details.
We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, reselling, or repeated refusals of COD orders.
Offers and coupons
Coupons and offers are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and usually cannot be combined unless mentioned. We may withdraw an offer that is misused.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, text, logos and graphics on this website belong to Pranshu Glam or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Reviews and content you share
By posting a review, photo or comment you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may contact our grievance officer at support@pranshuglam.com or +91 90000 00000. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
