Pranshu Glam (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit ward8.online or shop with us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

- Order details — name, mobile number, email, delivery address, and the items you buy.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive a payment reference and status, never your full card, UPI PIN or bank password.
- Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and cookies, to keep the website working and improve it.
- Communication — messages you send us on email, WhatsApp or the contact form, and your marketing preferences.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To send order updates by SMS, email and WhatsApp.
- To send offers and new-arrival updates, only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and improve our products and website.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with trusted partners who help us run the store: payment gateways, courier and logistics companies, messaging and email providers, website hosting and analytics/advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta). We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies to keep your bag, remember preferences and measure how our website and ads perform. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work properly.
How long we keep data
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under tax laws (usually 8 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to support@pranshuglam.com. We will respond within the time required by law. Some data may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Security
We use encryption (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your devices safe and never share OTPs with anyone — our team will never ask for them.
